Better than the Real Think - fresh & tasty

Chattanooga Kahlua Recipe

Bring to a boil in a sauce pan:
One quart Greyfriar's Coffee (French Press preferrable, Fresh Roasted Beans available from www.RareCoffee.com)
2.5 Cups Sugar

Reduce heat. Simmer 3 hours or til syrupy (Caution, if you go too far, you'll have a saucepan full of coffee-candy, which isn't bad, unless you were trying to make Kaluah, then that's bad.) stirring occasionally. Let cool to room temperature.

Add:
1 Tablespoon pure vanilla extract
2.5 cups Vodka, or to your tastes (about 600mL)

Mix well, drink with friends.

Josiah Roe Rocks

Hey - this is great! Props to Josiah for his creation. Thanks, Man. We feel so... Freed, so released, so launched out into the big world, like an Iraqi with a Vanilla Ice T-Shirt walking down Main Street Baghdad!

Thank you!

And everybody else had better get on board here, because this is a trend, it's like Email, only with pictures, and editorial content!

So Blog, blog, blog yourself Away!
